When an exercise starts to feel easy, you can either hold it longer, add more reps, or move on to the next progression! Everyone starts at a different level, so I encourage you to tune into your body, challenge yourself, and find your maximum hold time. Then, gradually increase it! Having a timer nearby can help you track and note your progress.
