To also put sign boards in red zones "Red Zone. Foreigners not allowed". Local authorities and dwellers to report if a foreigner still somehow got entry in other ways. Then to get deported out of the country.

He is or was an idiot. Not smart and selfish. Any expat with a brain knows to keep a low profile and stay away from dangerous parts of the Philippines namely Mindanao. He signed his own death warrant. Mouthy expats put targets on their own backs when they do stupid stuff in foreign countries.

I been to mindanao a couple of times and the US never warned me of any danger. It did giv me the creeps. The filipina ladies look great and it all looks great except it has a certain scaryness about it. Not all of mindanao is dangerous for westerneres but all of mindanao is risky for westerners esp zamboanga. I never would go anywhere near zamboanga or basilan.
