Green, orange, blue, and yellow all feel neutral to me especially depending on tone

Green and purple are very easy to add colors

Its makes sense that green eyeshadow is a neutral color imo, especially for ppl with olive undertones! Colors like orange, blue, and even purple can look more neutral on someone depending on their undertone
