Vidak wins 16th district seat

I wonder if he'll be able to win the run off? I've heard that since this was published, they figured out a way to have a run-off in July. Something tells me the votes will look quite different the second time around and the Dem will win. That always seems to happen in heavy Dem districts. They do a recount or a run-off vote and the Dem magically appears as the victor.
