Mike Miller analysis of no thumb bowling

Way before the popularization of various forms of no thumb bowling, there was Mike Miller. The first person to be successful on PBA bowling this way.

When I started to bowling without my thumb, there was none (and still i none) information on how to do it. All I had was watching youtube videos of Mike Miller and Tom Daugherty.

This is my analysis of Mike Miller's game and what I've picked up watching it.

- Gripping the ball with fingers going into to second joint
- Locking the ball in place
- Spine tilt
- Proper finish position
-elbow flexion
