Join me for this gentle 25 minute yoga practice focusing on lung health. During this pandemic it is very important to work with the breath. This practice brings awareness to the breath and gives some simple exercises you can do to help strengthen the lungs and build resilience from COVID-19. Please share with anyone who might need it. This is good to do as a preventative to the disease but also if you are recovering from the virus.
