What was the legacy plan? $15 per month?

Aussie Dave in PA here Jim,... I crossed to the $30 plan to receive better data but then took Visible up on an offer of the $45 plan for an extra $5 so it costs me $35 & that gives me better data speeds AND 500 minutes per month to call Australia direct !
To be able to call Banks & Business in Australia is excellent.
Im happy 😊

Visible is good in some areas, but is non-existent in other areas. So, it's hit or miss.
I would get great speed in one street, but as soon as I get home, it's non-existent.

What phone should I get? Will the moto G phone still work?

Would you be able to do a video comparing the best/cheapest family plan options from cricket, visible, us mobile, etc...? Since party pay is no more can u still have a family plan on visible?

Moved from regular to plus a few months ago. $25 to 35 now. But the biggest change wasn't the price. It was how my service got a lot worse on Plus. They promised a better network, better speeds, no more deprioritizarion. Bull. I get far worse deprio now. Long periods of lost signal or speeds so slow, it doesn't work. Same spot. Same towers. Same traffic. Worse service for more money. Awesome.

That's exactly what they did to me forced me to get a new phone even I was not happy about it cause I liked my phone and it was an expensive phone

Visible has absolutely the most annoying terrible customer support. Get the service and just hope things go through and don’t bother trying to get help. Us mobile and Verizon prepaid maybe it’s changed but I had my days with visible, no more!

My grandma’s been using Visible with her old iPhone SE and out of nowhere, she gets this letter. Visible’s basically saying ‘upgrade your phone and plan or we’re closing your account this month.’ Just like that. She was pretty much forced to shell out for a new plan and phone just to keep her service.

So many people dont have a clue nor know how to use a search engine. Visible offered free phones, sims, $25 plans, discounts, etc to make the switch. If you're still on the legacy plan and mad, thats on you.

Even this video has a few discrepancies. Btw, the new service has way better ping and thus feels much faster.

The new move the visible’s making is perfect and I for one thing it’s very nice.

I wasn't forced out. I was just sent a new sim card and still pay $25 a month. I still use more than 125GB of data a month. My hotspot data is faster because only 5 phones on our street use visible or Verizon.

How great is visible compared to xfinity mobile? Who gets priority over one another??

Are there any GOOD companies out there? does such a thing exist? who will be the first? b/c everyone will flock to good companies. Bunch of f*cking crooks- all of them.

Visible and Verizon are now among the worst Wireless providers. Avoid at all cost.

Visible base is back down to 25 dollars a month so same price as the old visible unlimited plan with party pay.

Visible + if you use code VISIBLE35 you can get that plan for 35 dollars a month, that code is good until the end of august.

When I was with big red ,my phone died,so I got a new Samsung A71 best phone I've ever had ,used it for 2 years and went to US MOBILE ,but they said it was not compatible,I said why ,after a song and dance I said it worked for 2 years on B RED NO
ONE PROBLEM ,sond and dance again .
So I bought a less priced phone they would accept,and for a brand named phone it's been a big problem.
Now I checked it Visible and they won't accept it except no one will but V and T Mobile .TM won't work anywhere near me.
I'm fed up.
So I'm going back to Big Red cause I love the A71 so much.

I wasn't force out. Visible offered me a free phone via code.

I love how when I activated service, I kept getting an error when I selected a method of payment (Tried 2x credit cards, and then PayPal). They will be providing return labels for the hardware sent to me. Such a waste. I contacted Support about 7x and finally gave up on the company. Such a shame.

4+ years using visible ... international calling does NOT WORK with V Plus + $45 service !!!!

You should be Visible's spokesperson! You nailed it when you said people are "creatures of habit" and I really did not want to give up my old plan but when I swapped out the sim for the new plan, I was delighted to discover better coverage on interstates! I really am grateful for Visible's excellent service! I'll keep my fingers crossed that one day, they will offer an Internet data service like Verizon did.
