ОтветитьCome on,my cellphone works without charging so😅
ОтветитьEU have too much
Bureaucracy let's turn those paper into lithium, But doing so will require more paper due to green agenda. End result energy so expensive my house have moisture all over. Can we turn moisture into lithium?
Europe is insignificant.
ОтветитьLithium batteries are starting to be superseded by other chemical element batteries; it's a question of pro's and con's. Lithium gives high capacity, low-density with rapid charge-discharge capability at the price of being volatile. R & D are producing alternates that, while still expensive and bulky are safe. Quick-charging ubiquity, charge rates and standards are still the main obstacles.
ОтветитьDon't worry EU will start wars in Africa and South America and then steal their land by putting a puppet leaders in charge
ОтветитьIf the EU can concede to the obvious fact that the EU is not competitive at all at producing what it needs to meet its climate goals, then it can start to acknowledge and embrace the need to establish a proper relationship with the one country that is extremely good at it.
The only reason why the EU cannot follow this simple kindergarten logic is its geopolitical stupidity. Your stupid leaders would rather have the EU shoot itself in the foot again and again... for what exactly?? Global entertainment?
And enough with the 'overcapacity' nonsense. That's like blaming Usain Bolt for his overcapacity of muscle performance. It is a comical denial of the fact you are too damn lame to compete.
european union is only great speeches without any actual useful deeds only great empty speech nothing more. Europe has no real authority to nothing only great empty speeches which purpose is to manipulate eu citizen to believe they are so great without possibilities to make their own life better through deeds, european shit union has only brought poverty and suffering nothing more.
ОтветитьThe title "Has the EU already lost the lithium battery war?" is mind boggling wrong as real facts is EU has never manage to enter in the lithium battery war.
ОтветитьBlame the leaders of EU and Germany. Don't look any further.
ОтветитьYou know what's unethical? Dragging the entire continent due to ethics...
ОтветитьLithium batteries is NOT the answer
ОтветитьEurope under the wise government of Ursula is slowly becoming an open air museum for the tourist from the other continents .
ОтветитьDid eu ever qualified for a battery war?
ОтветитьWe treat everything as war, great mentality.
ОтветитьCapitalism is rigged for s analogous war by rigged USA media, which creates hate on public, them they join with capitalists who are also urbanized economic terrorists holding some power of trade or fuel to crap the world lol
ОтветитьEverything related with China was considered as a some sort of "War" to my west frineds.
ОтветитьInstead of investing in mining. The EU should invest in recycling. There's probably already a higher concentration of lithium the in waste bin than in the ground.
ОтветитьGuys Ukraine have a lot Litium one of biggest resources in Europe but unfortunately we not part of Union so 😢 Europe really lost this one
ОтветитьThe only way that EU can be relevant again is changing its current pool of leaders ENTIRELY.
Ответить😂😂😂
ОтветитьSodium ion technology might provide a viable basis for a "battery economy".
ОтветитьThe EU wants to dig lithium in my country (Serbia), but not in Germany. They want to see how badly digging destroys the ecology of a country before they try it themselves!
ОтветитьWe are not late we are just sending all manufacturing jobs out of europe lol, people leading countries must have seen this coming?
There is also problems nobody in EU / Europe wants to do dirty production so we let all poor countries with BAD HSE pratice do the diry work. Sad but true.
It is embarassing that i pay taxes to fund this journalism
ОтветитьTo lose you have to have fought. When did you even fight ?
ОтветитьBut serbia isnt in the EU. If I were Serbia I would charge at least the price for lithium that China charges. Mofos think they can colonize a part of Europe like it's China
ОтветитьSo obvious... why ask such question?
ОтветитьThe problem with Europe is that it does not want disruption. The Serbian debacle is indicative of a mindset that is hopelessly stuck in the past.
ОтветитьWe are tearing into this planet of ours like we have a dozen of them around, like there's no tomorrow or there's no future generation who's going to inhabit this environment that we're polluting.
ОтветитьI think the reason for this video is because northvolt, a power battery manufacturer that pooled subsidies from all EU countries and invested US$14 billion, went bankrupt. This may be the largest government-subsidized enterprise in human history. But this video makes no mention of this at all,
ОтветитьVery interesting to see that Europeans reject mining within Europe (citing pollution) - considering the mining (and polluting) activities of European-owned companies in the continent of ALKEBULAN - even when the mining rights are given to companies from other continents, Europeans can still buy stocks/shares there too. Hmm, hypocrisy hmm...
ОтветитьPortugal has plenty of lithium reserves. But locals will have to get compensated to accept the mining, as it should.
The EU really needs to catch up on the battery industry, it’s essential for its economic future.
DW is next BBC?😂
ОтветитьSerbs won't be with EU
ОтветитьHow much resources can be invested if war will stop?
Ответитьcolonies in europe are not suitable with high tech.
this is the EU governor's dictatives
All those against mining and such I can fully understand, but if in the end the whole economy suffers, which it is already but we have no idea how bad it will become in the near future, these mines and refineries and battery factories will be build and people against them now will change their minds when their standard of living is going down the drain. realpolitik
ОтветитьEU declared it a war just like a Karen would just because you were motoring along and overtaking her slow car. She'd then try brakecheck you.
ОтветитьWhy EU has to make everything into war?
ОтветитьBoeing has overcapacity of unsafe planes.
ОтветитьUkraine has lithium deposits and readiness to extract it but EU should save it from ruzzian hands
ОтветитьThey keep on complaining chinese gov as bad one, but at the same time never gets tired of saying its easy to start and do business in china. Hahaha
ОтветитьSodium iron is the future. Lithium is history.
ОтветитьI don't know why this story is still news worthy?
Ответитьeverything EU is producing is next to nothing
ОтветитьChina said yes to net zero emissions but it intelligently understood you don’t get there by closing factories and shutting down refineries. ThIs is what happens when your government is sovereign and not controlled by lobbyists from Washington.
ОтветитьLithium is only one part of energy solution, and battery don't work well in cold weather.
A decent domestic lithium supply in Europe is good, but I think the EU need a holistic set of solutions on different energy sources and storages (e.g. US' hydrogen shot, SMR).
How dependent is your country when it comes to lithium?
