Honestly, if the movie had ended with Mai showing the fact that she loved him more than he loved her and dying instead of him, her heart ending up inside Makinohara and Makinohara married Sakuta in the future, I would be really sad, but that would've been one of teh best endings to any of the animes I've seen before. I would've definitely rated it a 10/10, cuz it takes courage for teh author to pull something like that.

The time travel bullshit felt a bit too convenient, though I was happy that everyone survived in the end

Edit : Would've been cool to see Sakuta marry Makinohara with Mai's heart inside her, so they could've potrayed it in a way that both of them were happy with Sakuta.

ngl bunny girl senpai characters are actually extremely op simply from a shonen anime/SCP perspective, koga can literally run simulated verses of the future and shouka has her dream world thing as well as time manipulation shit
also the strategy is pretty smart especially with how mai planned on saving sakuta and knew he would travel back in time
