4-7-8 technique is different - breath for 4 seconds, hold air for three seconds and exhale rapidly second after.
Holding breath make me feel uncomfortable

ОтветитьI saw somewhere that the Navy Seals inhale then exhale 5 deep breaths then 3 more but hold each for 15 seconds. Some nights I can’t remember the 3rd breath cause I’m off to Slumberland.
