I'm struggling with the sudden upset/uncomfortable that usually happen to me at least once in a week..And I don't know why it happens..It give me bad effect which is I can't do anything at that time,becuz of that confusing phase..

it’s helps a bit but i cannot understand how to breath out for eight seconds after only getting four seconds of air lol, even if i go slow, it feels a bit suffocating

4-7-8 technique is different - breath for 4 seconds, hold air for three seconds and exhale rapidly second after.

I saw somewhere that the Navy Seals inhale then exhale 5 deep breaths then 3 more but hold each for 15 seconds. Some nights I can’t remember the 3rd breath cause I’m off to Slumberland.
