Fitbit Scale Err/Error easy fix under one minute. NO other video needed.

I see many people have been reporting their Fitbit Error or Err. Step-on, sensing, step-off, thinking, Err Error. Unfortunately mine just started to exhibit the same symptoms. Unfortunately the Fitbit Scale just outside of warranty. After researching for hours online with no solution I had to dig a little deeper to get this expensive scale fixed. I am posting a step-by-step one minute video for a solution. I have not had this issue every again.
