😃 I have a Texas cookbook that calls it "What's this here" sauce..😄
Considering the amount of salt and anchovies they use its actually not too salty, this stuff is quite something. Maybe a scientist can find out what secret spices are used but I assume its peppers and maybe cloves or allspice
ОтветитьGreat Flavor. Goes with almost everything. I am from India and Tamarind paste, sauce and dried whole fruit is used extensively in Indian Cooking particularly in the Southern Part of India. the Word Tamarind is from the Arabic Tamar Hindi which literally means Indian Date.
ОтветитьIsn't it anchovies not anchovies

ОтветитьAprender a pronunciar Worcestershire, Condado Inglês, com a verdadeira pronúncia inglesa é o primeiro passo. Quanto ao molho é famoso e mundialmente inimitável.
ОтветитьI've enjoyed every Worcestershire sauce I've ever tried. As a poor college student many years ago I even bought a gallon jug of it from a thrift store that sold generics. It was wonderfully tasty but I have no idea what they put in it. For the price I paid, I doubt anything was aged six hours. 🤣
ОтветитьThis seems like a fish saus with some extra's...
ОтветитьThey literally recreated Roman Garum 😂❤
Ответить100KG of onions and 100KG of vinegar fill 1500 barrels: what are they using, buckets for sandcastles?

ОтветитьThis barrel is filled with anchovies because God has abandoned us

great video! really loved the detailed process you shared. but honestly, isn’t it a bit surprising that such a complex sauce has such a simple ingredient list? i mean, do we really need that many different kinds of vinegar? feels a bit excessive to me! what do you all think?
ОтветитьHuggbees haven't lied once! That's how actually Wünderchest sauce is made!
ОтветитьI still can't figured out what it is used for in cooking!!
