ISI MSQE after 4 years career gap?

I'm willing to go for research in machine learning. Is doing mstat at the age of 27 good ? And given two years of course, I'll be 29 when i go for research.

But u didn't talked about how is isi for a person to get a job who having 5+ years of gap
You didn't talked about placement at isi for gap year student or how company look at isi candidate who have long gap in resume

Currently, i am working in psu bank. Can i get admission in quantitative economics (MSQE) in part time mode?
