Thank you for this video. I've struggled with SIBO for years now and various digestive issues my whole life. I'm also currently a student studying Chinese Medicine. I'll ask my teachers for advice about good herbal formulas for digestive health.

I've been dealing with a severe nickel allergy add hidradenitis suppurativa since I was 14 years old. It has been a roller coaster of diet changes with little to no change in symptoms.
I love Chinese medicine, it is though, a lot to manage by yourself.

Thanks. I see a local tcm doctor here in Canada and it’s made a big difference. I do have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer for… why are some people not able to take probiotics? I’ve tried taking them a couple times for my gut issues but they end up giving me severe anxiety and depression. I’ve even tried the anti histamine kinds with no luck. I was not always intolerant of them but I seemed to have developed an intolerance over the last couple years. None of my doctors have an answer

More informative would have been actual,personal info about your diagnosis and what needed to be done to come into balance. Yes,i understand it is different for each person,one size does not fit all. Yes i have some knowledge of classical chinese medicine.

Thanks for the word. I like the Ginseng Tea for my health. It settles the guts. I eat a perfect Chinese Diet. A lot of rice and veggies. A little fruit. Some seeds and nuts.
