I must say, that although I do not consume cereal very often, ( maybe once every ten years ), I did get a chuckle out of your sense of humor. You remind me , ( in a good way ), of that sophisticated gecko 🦎in that car insurance commercial , lol! I simply love your accent.
Ответитьcorn flakes are from kellogg's
ОтветитьPretty sure cornflakes were a by-product of Graham crackers. So just make Graham crackers
ОтветитьUse a cake decorators metal spatula to spread the batter it will spread more evenly
ОтветитьFrom the looks of it, I think you just got closest to what I'd like to make with the batter version. I love that you actually stated the truth about corn flakes : none of the others are as good as Kellogg's Corn Flakes ! I hope they look as good as they taste... or taste as good as they look ^^
As for another cereals recipe : how about Special K ? Can you make those ?
Looking this up so I can properly boycott Kellogg’s
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьYou used flour not corn tortillas.
Ответитьwow. sorry, that's not a corn tortilla. don't want to soak up all that earl. annnnnd, no.
Ответитьwhy only corn flakes when we can have something different I prefer true elements multigrain flakes instead of cornflakes which is really very healthy option.
Ответить😂crunchy and bubbly thing.
ОтветитьHomemade monster munch??
ОтветитьIf you like to add sugar to regular corn flakes you should go with frosted flakes. Adding sugar to corn flakes is like adding salt to a can of salt free green beans.
ОтветитьThis is not how you fry them you use a fryer not the frying pan and the oil need to be really hot
ОтветитьYes, home made several, puffed wheat like the frogguy had. Puffed rice like rice cakes are made from. Sugar Smaks-puffed corn.
Then Cocoa Puffs, where real cocoa puffs it's just enough sweet, then a well pronounced chocolatey flavor. Cheap imitation cocoa puffs use less chocolate but more sugar. With so many poor folks you can see why they get obese, as they have to buy what's affordable.
Then there's cheese puffs, cheetoes, which is getting away from our cereals, but!
Those do not look like corn tortillas.
ОтветитьThey are tortila flakes, not CORN FLAKES you dumbas
ОтветитьMade these from scratch (as in i grinded the corn fresh off the cob and made the paste)today IT WAS SOO GOOD
ОтветитьWatch the Kellogg brother's video on how they used mold in the recipe for corn flakes.
ОтветитьI will try the second recipe I really think is going to give me just what I need
ОтветитьThey don't sell them in ma country anymore 💔
ОтветитьYou should try homemade weetabix sometime 😊😊😊
ОтветитьCould you mention the American temperature?
ОтветитьI subscribed because you said thank you.
ОтветитьWait, did you deep fry wheaten tortillas to make corn flakes?
Corn tortillas are a different beast.
Came back to this video because of the cocoa pops video.
Ответитьpuns, pugs, cartoons and cereal... what more could i want in a video??
Cook Some Bananas!!
I really like the 'Relloggs' ones too!
Ответитьloving this series... I would have tried the brown one (instead of making a frisbee out of it, lol ). I always loved the brown potato chips (Lays) before they removed them all 🤪
ОтветитьWould you be bothered to make your own in future or just stick with the 'Jellogs', ;-)
ОтветитьI'm thinking Grind up the corn meal into corn flour. Then make your batter with honey water, vanilla and sugar (pinch of salt). Then pour it super thin. Now I want to try this! Sounds like it would be great.
Ответитьyou're a donkey mate.
ОтветитьI think what makes real cornflakes proper is malt. Of course, I'm almost always wrong.
ОтветитьWhy did you use flour tortilla s instead of corn tortillas?
ОтветитьOh! It´s perfect. I learn how to make corn flakes in a funny way and try learn english too. Very well! thanks.
ОтветитьI make my meatloaf with cornflakes instead of bread crumbs. Soooo GRRRREAT!
ОтветитьSo the first go was milk-soaked tortilla chips. Nope.
ОтветитьThose are flour tortillas
ОтветитьThe ones made out of dough would be good in soup
ОтветитьI agree. Kelloggs is superior. I ate some Aldi corn flakes yesterday. And thought how the hell can there be This much taste difference in corn flakes
ОтветитьLet the dough rest and then run it through a pasta machine.
Ответитьimagine making the second one with the honey water instead of plain water... that would give them a nice honey flavor... and you wouldn't have to add extra sugar when you eat them...
ОтветитьI like how animated you are
Ответитьcan you please do a bran cereal recipe and demonstration, please? love the corn flakes cereal and will make for grandkids!
ОтветитьToo long for efforts
commercial grade comes out to be cost & time efficient
ok.. why am I just finding out that corn flour is not just flour made from ground corn, but that's actually corn meal! and corn starch and corn flour is the same?
ОтветитьAutoplay earlier played a video of a lady making her own homemade cereal including corn flakes. But hers were basically crushed up tortilla chips 😅 Decided to go looking for a recipe and clicked on the first result, but as I clicked on it I saw you and I just went "... I trust Barry Lewis more" clicked off that and clicked on this instead 😂
