Hi Young Sister, You asked for suggestions and that you could go deeper if need be. My suggestion would be to couple scripture with your content and storytime. I believe your new direction could go for. It is one thing to say how you live and to provide visuals, but it would be so much better to add the foundation which is the word of GOD.

Hi Lorissa! I enjoy your content but especially the content focused on the home life. I am not in the season of SAHM life but I do think it’s beautiful and definitely requires the grace of God. May our Heavenly Father continue to grant you the courage and wisdom to carry the torch in teaching women how to be women of God in their homes.

I literally was just talking about this! Traditional homemaking is something that I believe in with my whole heart. God has called us as women to be keepers of our homes and it should be normalized not because of what’s popular.

I’m only 15 min in but I would love if you could be more specific when you speak on the new age femininity content.

After reading one of your comments prepare yourself for a lot of backlash on this topic re: what you say and what you wear. Ppl would be judging you only based on you blogging from a biblical perspective so you are expected to be the Virgin Mary 😊. I love the submission point. I completely agree. I just turned 40, but I’ve always believed in that and make sure it is clear in my marriage.

As for staying home with your children, I understand your point and I can see the way it benefitted you and your sisters. I am happy that you are able to do that. I think we have to consider what growing up was like for the the child who is now the stay at home mom. You saw it modeled before you and the nurturing environment your mom created. As a mom, I think we have to be aware of our trauma because if you didn’t see modeled patience, nurture and an overall healthy environment, it may be important to seek therapy to help address and resolve, so you can access new tools to help guide you in the journey of doing something that you wasn’t sure was possible for you. I hope that makes sense.

I am in complete agreement. This was a great video and it was refreshing to hear there are others that have the same beliefs as me. It was also recentering, because sometimes it is so easy to fall into the modern trap.

The algorithm allowed this to fall in my lap lol! This was right on time! I literally decided this week I wanted to start making content about being a traditional wife, mother and believer. Where are my people lol?! I want to see more women that look like me. Thank you for taking the time to make this content. I actually love seeing this wave of the feminine movement. Although I do agree that being a natural female is feminine some of the behavior is learned and taught. You simply don't know what you don't know. I learned so much about things I can actually do to be more feminine that weren't ever demonstrated by my mother growing up from content creators. The closer my relationship gets with God, I'm able to tap into it even more. You want to be better at something, you learn more about it then you filter it to your specific needs. I look forward to seeing more content from you! ❤

Love the direction you're taking with your content. It's needed. I'm also a housewife/homemaker who is pregnant with my first child. I will be a stay-at-home mom. My husband and I purposely set our lives up from the beginning so that when children came I could be home. We both were raised with stay-at-home moms. And I 100% agree, the biblical structure for family is so important and will leave you in a positioned to be blessed beyond measure. Love serving my husband and making our home a place he loves to come home to and look forward to raising our little one with biblical values.

I love your thought process and you are SO blessed to be able to be home with your children and have a god fearing man that understands and supports your decision. Unfortunately, I married a man who I THOUGHT was God fearing and when I stopped working and took care of our twins he decided I "no longer served a purpose". I had to return to work last month and am now going to be a single mom. Being evenly yoked is SO IMPORTANT and I am so happy for you that you have that ❤❤.

Ok I had to come back I’m in agreement with you and want to add I’ve learned to be a mother without the celebration of the world without a pat on the back be a mother makes me feel good when things aren’t going well I can always be a mother and give the rest to God building your life on and around scripture isn’t for everyone. I will also like to add with public failures you can still be a mother public disappointments won’t tarnish God true love for us. I as a asd mom fell into hiding. Hiding what I thought was failures hiding successes because I felt or feel no one will be proud my daughter isn’t smearing because I hid she was even smearing for almost 6 months. Things like that. You channel allows me to feel comfortable enough to share. And relatable.

I’ve never watched your content before, my mom sent me this video with the caption “I think you’ll like her”. So far, I like it here. What resonated the most to me is what you spoke about being a stay a home mom. I’ve always been a working mom because of financial reasons but I’ve always had the strongest desire to stay home with my children but unfortunately, I have never been able to. They are now in 3rd and 7th grade and the desire has increased all the more now that they are older because I strongly believe it would be highly beneficial to them. I’m praying that God will open a door where that will change real soon. Thanks for sharing.

I found your channel around the time you met your husband and I really enjoyed your hair and makeup content but what made me subscribe was the fact that you were a Christian. Not everyone who says they are a Christian is in fact living for Christ. I was actually one of those type of Christians at the time and your content has had a really positive influence on my walk with the LORD. I love that your world view is bible based and I'm so excited for the new content. You inspire me.
