Bullshit, just train to shoot, and I recommend to not use aim assist for these reasons....
1) with it you'll never learn to control aim
2) aim assist doesn't work at some modes such as TDM
3) it ruins fights in some situations when you're 1v2 or 1v4, for example you knock down enemy, and need to kill his teammate, when you scope in and scope aims to closest one, if knocked enemy closer you'll kill knocked one and be killed by another enemy which was running to you... And there are lot situations when something like that happens, so when I turned off it was harder little bit to control aim, but then after 2 days of playing without it i started to play much better...

What about gyroscope it's perfect for 2 finger players, you don't need to use third finger for controlling aim on tap weapons, like DMR's, Pistols and Burst AR's, and at sniping it helps also, much easier, it's really useful, but aim assist it's just mess
