It should be possible to balance the rotor. I have a Rick Friedrich Kit and it do ashtoning things in charging batteries. Old Ni-Mh batteries gets new life and so on.

you can balance the wheel
quality is better than if you have mounted it by yourself with poor tools and materials..
it's a good base for experiments..
put some foam under the main board to go against self movings..
