This would've been perfect IF there was a time "tag" for each question in the description
Ответитьso many gems from sheiko!! thanks omarlsuf!
ОтветитьThank you for all this wisdom and all the effort with your channel. Is it possible to add subtitles so that people- like me- who are not English speaking BUT understand quite well written English could understand all the details of seiko’s words? It would be highly appreciated
Ответитьis that Dr. Ez's voice translating?
Ответитьmeanwhile people who are breaking/chasing records do use RPE
ОтветитьYo, I don't want to hear a voice over. I want to hear the Russian. Add subtitles in both languages pretty please!
ОтветитьGuys, if you liked the video, like the damn video! Great content, Omar!
ОтветитьReally appreciate the time slots in the description
ОтветитьPure gold, man! And thanks to Mike Israetel for translating!
ОтветитьGreat video! What book did Sheiko give you?
Ответитьtoday i had a dream with Boris Sheiko O.O needless to say i let him down...
Ответитьwell done !!! good questions!
ОтветитьThis is so underrated!! Bless the Russian god
ОтветитьPlease tell me that you're going to upload the non-dubbed version for us Russian speaking folks. It would be pretty great to listen to this interview in his native tongue.
Ответитьthank you so much man
ОтветитьThis is good stuff
ОтветитьThank you SO much for this. Great information for anyone who calls themselves a coach or personal trainer. Great insight from an amazing example
ОтветитьGreat content!!
ОтветитьI'm surprised that with almost 700k subs this got 20k views so far..
ОтветитьCan you upload the interview w/o the translation of Dr. Mike Isratael? Highly appreciated.
ОтветитьMaking this interview available is such a gift thank you
ОтветитьOmar towards the end Boris mentions what he is speaking to you about is in the book he just gave you what book is he referring to???
ОтветитьAmazing video!!! Will be watching multiple times
ОтветитьOmar. On one of Greg Pandora’s videos he said that Boris Sheiko told him, “One should be falling off to produce big squats”..any idea what this means?
ОтветитьLike the into, better first question would have been , Prcocets..... Molly or Percocet?
ОтветитьThis was fucking awesome, Im going to start using this system
ОтветитьAwsome!!! Thank you for that!
ОтветитьWhy am I hearing Mike Israetel's voice instead of Sheiko's... 😱😱😱
ОтветитьI am inlove in the intro music
ОтветитьOmar just sat there and listened to the guy speak Russian? or did they translate on the spot
ОтветитьExcellent video. Thank you very much for producing this.
ОтветитьThanks for posting this 😁
ОтветитьGreat work Omarlsuf!!
Ответитьdidn't know stanley kubrick went on to coach powerlifters. what a versatile man
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьThank you Professor Sheiko and Omar Isuf for this interview, lots of good takeaway for someone who is a student of this sport and for coaching!
ОтветитьIs it available on Spotify?
ОтветитьWait a second! Dr. Mike Israetel speaks russian???
ОтветитьI know this is old, but next time you do one of these I think you should mute him with the voice over. It is distracting with overlapping audio. And the clarity is highlighted when you talk and then it goes back to him speaking
ОтветитьWhy does sheiko sound like mike israetel
ОтветитьSuch a great interview!
ОтветитьThis was a great interview Omar, thanks for capturing and memorializing this information.
ОтветитьHow does this video only have 40,000 views?
ОтветитьWAIT A FUCKING MINUTE, The guy translating Sheiko is Mike Israetel?????
ОтветитьSuddenly Israetel's translation just went full russian :D This was truly spectacular opportunity. It's fantastic how he lives for the sport all over the world and loves to share his knowledge to people who are interested to hear. There's often tension between east and west in politics, but common interests between people can get past that. It was so fun to hear all this, would've loved to hear more too.
ОтветитьIs Mike Isratel translating lmfao
ОтветитьTidbit about Abajiev was insane. It’s essentially Darwinism. How many male weightlifters do you really need in a competition? Single digits. Statically it will always work out if the starting size is large. Those who survive are like the Ironmind Zlatan Vanev poster , GRIT!
ОтветитьHa
