Shanks beat kaido in coc and observation haki but kaido has more durability stamina endurance raw power speed gear 5 luffy is insanely fast and kaido was easily keeping up not to mrntion df . Kizaru was able to go toe to toe with gear 5 Luffy the one who beats Kaido the one who's 1v1 with Oden the one who was sent flying by prime Whitebeard's punch and Roger's divine departure he also fought prime Scopper Gaban for 3 days. So no Kaido cannot beat Shanks the one who easily handled Kizaru in the movie.

Loki wins in my opinion.
- Loki beated his father and lot of gaints with imu powers

- elbaf army ( world strongest army). + Shanks + his crew were needed to defeat loki

- after that loki got chained with sea prison stone for 6 whole years ☠️☠️☠️ ( btw when Luffy touched that sea prison stone he got weakened immediately)
