Baking Cornbread in an Unseasoned Cast Iron Skillet

Fantastic!!!! But I wished you would of cut it..... this is my next new thing I want to try! And I want to do it on my grill cause my stove oven is not working right now. You made it look so easy... Thanks for taking the time to make this video.... Cast iron, the only way to cook!!!!

I cooked cornbread in my lightly seasoned cast iron pan. I cut 2 slices and left it in pan until next serving was wanted. It had an iron taste to it on the bottom. Is that safe to eat?
