Keep the makeup Eraser sponge to use and keep the washer ball for undies and/or lingerie then you can use regular detergent! It would be more ideal for sponges and even your makeup Eraser cloth if you had several of the balls and could wash several at once, then you could use it on like a small load and add some Micellar Water or something like that, but with just being one, I don't see the point! But great for undies and lingerie!
