ill always love Quentin becsuse of his love and respect foe black actors
ОтветитьWhen Tarantino said he made films to make other people want to make films, that literally hit me so hard because he’s literally the reason why I stook film making seriously and grew a love for it.
ОтветитьCan you do Stanley Kubrick he's my hero I want to follow from.
ОтветитьLots of redundancy in this video.
ОтветитьSorry Evan, I tried for years and years, never happened, I submitted a lot. There is reality,
only a fraction of a fraction will be successful.
I enjoyed every moment in this video .. and love his film work .. also I am working on my third script now and mostly because of his inspirational movies and scripts along with his different then most way of telling a story and vision of film directing.. I am in awe of his work and hope to enter the industry and reach near his level ..
Ответитьi love story telling and dialogue
ОтветитьMy favorite must be nr: 4.
Hearing QT talk about it, made me feel less strange for laughing in "odd" places in other movies when someting horrible or ultra violent happend
Yes, play the audience! Stephen King was asked about how he comes up with ideas... his response was about not the "how", but "why" he came up with ideas. He said that his intent is to "own the reader".... bring out emotion, and keep the reader hooked. Great advice!
Ответить#5 is definitely my favorite and I haven’t finished the list but that’s the case with me and he’s the reason for that
ОтветитьYour life is the movie and you are the director and main character. It is up to you if you're audience love you or hate you and how it will all end. So make it a good one
Ответитьcan we base a new religion off this man please?
ОтветитьDefinitely number 9❤
ОтветитьMy favorite thing about Quentin is that he creates these fantastic, entirely original, beautiful films that have been praised from an artistic and academic standpoint, and the whole fucking time he’s like “well that’s good and all but I only did it like that cause I think it’s rad”. He didn’t make it for geniuses to enjoy or for critics to bust a nut- he made those movies in a spectacular way because it’s what he found interesting. That’s what I’m looking to do.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing Evan!
Ответитьcrazy to think that #9 evolved into the concept for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
ОтветитьInteresting video with a gret format. Anything about quentin is always absorbing. Tarantino is unique, loquacious, and probably the best at suspenseful filmaking we've cn along with Hitchcock and Scorsese, thanks for this very informative sneek peek into the psyche of this inimitable character that is at the precipice of the film industry.
ОтветитьLove QT, but its hard watch him mess the lyrics to the chorus up that bad lol.
It's "there won't be many, maybe 10 out of 20, but there won't be many coming home."
And than alternates with the number until the end where he says, "there may not be any".
Q.Tarantino is my idol. I wanna make films like he has made.
ОтветитьThis guy makes GREAT, absolutely AMAZING films but he should just STFU. Reminds me of Tom Cruise - someone who thinks popularity equals you have something to say.
ОтветитьFuck I believe quenten is my spirit animal
ОтветитьHe is a man who wears his heart on sleeve , I am just like him I feel.
ОтветитьThat last advice mannn!! I connected with it so much
Ответитьplease do a video on Dan Brown
Ответить"I don't do commercial movies per se, I just do my own thing that interests me."
ОтветитьIf Tarintino likes foreign films he might try the early films of Fellini such as 'La Strada' The Road for their humanism. Tarintino has everything but humanism. Fact you might get your next top ten rules from Fellini. There are plenty of interviews and materials on record to draw from.
ОтветитьThis man is a fucking genius
ОтветитьBravo!
Ответить“Defend your art” definitely MY greatest takeaway!
ОтветитьThankyou so much. this video has so much affirmations I needed. Thankyou again for sharing this.
ОтветитьVery interesting! I love it!
Ответить"I want to make movies that people will watch them and that will make them want to make movies"
That's actually works 🙌
Our time is different. These guys are fortunate.
ОтветитьTarantino is such a legend
ОтветитьThis is an amazing video about god
Ответить“If you truly love cinema... you can’t help but make a good movie”
Ответить"You don't need school"
ОтветитьI absolutely love and adore this man and his commitment to his art. I FINALLY just watched Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. I was so into the ending, I was up on my feet and standing in front of the television... Riveted. Just Brilliant.
ОтветитьYes! I've been working on a screenplay 3 years and the re-write is a gigantic fear. I'd rather burn it. Unless it was an improvement, in which case I think Oliver Stone's work was.
ОтветитьHey man, Im writing a screenplay and I really appreciate your videos, they’ve helped me a lot.
ОтветитьYou thank us for watching, we should thank you.. Thank you!
ОтветитьI heard that Mr
TARANTINO paid a fee to take full writing credits for Pulp Fiction , yet he wants his name removed from Natural Born Killers for rewrites. It is not hypocrisy, but perhaps cherry picking
You have to stop putting the count downs on these. It makes them unwatchable.
ОтветитьThank you❤🌹🙏
