I see a lot of Pakistanis are saying this is a false flag operation by the Indian Army. Guys, that is not possible in India. Indian army generals have 3-4 year terms and then they go home. They can't even fire a bullet without the ministry of defence permission. For long periods of time including now we have coalition governments at the centre which means key ministers are not even from the majority party. We will have so many people who will know what needs to happen. That is the reason we can't do what ISI can do because we have complete civilian control.

The only way to settle any issue, is to bring out Imran Khan and keep the army under him.
