I’m finding it hard to believe Hewick stands 16h high. He looks like he wouldn’t even clear 15h. What an amazing little horse. He must be all heart. Him and all those involved, nothing but heart.

I totally get Paddy and everyone in racing, worked in racing myself and have lost a few horses, it really gets you, so understand the love Paddy have for his horse. Hewick is a horse you oftentimes only have once in a lifetime, they are just so special, you just fall in love with them. He is such a beauty, he has a good racing head on him, see it in his eyes. Beautiful. x

Proper horseman’s horse guts grit and determination think he will struggle with the ground in the gold cup other wise I’d say he’s a good e/w price
