ОтветитьI am so exited to watch back stretches specially when you create cuz you give knowledge about the stretch. I am so grateful to have this video.
ОтветитьIs it best for intermediate based back flexibility?
ОтветитьYour channel is super underrated! Your channel is a wealth of knowledge :)
ОтветитьLove this stretch video, especially because it's backed up with so much knowledge. What a great way to start the day, especially in lockdown.
ОтветитьThank you this was helpful! I am approaching for the first time a serious and thought of routine for back flexibility, so I love your work and your deep dives into the techniques and anatomy etc
ОтветитьIs it ok for adults like me? I'm 24 now and very inflexible.
ОтветитьGreat video! I really felt it in my upper back, which I usually don't hit. Thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome video!! Quick question :How many times a week would you recommend doing this stretching routine to improve flexibility?
ОтветитьIm 25 and i want to become more flexible so thank you very much for this great video!
ОтветитьNice vidéo,good exercices
ОтветитьSuper video very helpful.. how many times we can do this exercise in a week ?
ОтветитьHi.. We are planning for a baby this year. I have a doubt.. I m practicing yoga since 2years but i was not particular about my spine flexibility. I want a flexible spine.
_ So if i start stretches now should I quit during pregnancy , if so will i have to start all over again??
_or shall I start after my delivery!!
loved it!
ОтветитьVery helpful, I didn’t realise how much I needed train my back until now!
ОтветитьWhy do the core routine after your back routine? Sometimes do you swop and do core first? MY contortion teachers usually do leg strengthening, core, and then back. Thank you for any info!
ОтветитьFantastic video!
ОтветитьHow many times a week would recommend doing this stretch routine ?
ОтветитьWow!! I was searching for a video that focused on activation of the upper back and this is perfect! I learnt so much. For some reason it never even occurred to me to stretch your neck with that sort of pressure on it to get used to it in backbends...of course you need to! Really a breath of fresh air. Thank you, I have subscribed.
Ответитьthis was amazing, thank you for putting the time in researching the best practices based on science. There's not a lot of videos like this one, so I'm definitely going back to this
ОтветитьHey Aleks, I appreciate your emphasis on warmup, injury prevention is soo important! I find that the more mainstream stretching videos altogether skip this part. Your shoulder and splits routines are also great, thank you for providing such excellent educational videos! They have truly helped me improve my mobility!
Ответить❤
ОтветитьYou don’t seem to post anymore 😢 I gotta say this is the best video for back flexibility I’ve found!! Wish you could post more
ОтветитьGreat exerciseee
ОтветитьI had never feel The blood circulation so great like in these stretches and I have made many videos for stretching, I do feel it but not like this, it feels good, thank you and thank God. Mar 12 Nov 24
ОтветитьNew sub💗
ОтветитьWhat is the optimal # of times per week you should do this 4 a flexible back?
ОтветитьI’m 16 and wanna become more flexible, would this be safe for me to do?❤️🥹
ОтветитьThe description is so true. I followed a couple videos of back stretching from dancers, and always ended up having uncomfortable and definetely not right pain in my back. I stopped doing them right away because back injuries are very serious and nothing I want to get into just for the sake of doing a fancy backbend. After this one however I felt my back stretched and not sore, plus it was slow enough to give me time to focus on proper form and breathing.
ОтветитьDoes this help with bad posture?
ОтветитьThank you very much ❤️
ОтветитьThis was amazing 😻
