Short Story: What kind of people will be late for the meeting?

Meetings are a necessity for nearly all businesses, taking up time, disrupting day-to-day workflows, and requiring their organizational inputs and efforts. They're also a near-essential means of coordinating teams, distributing tasks, and allowing communication and feedback.
Member who is habitually late for meetings for any reason is a problematic person. And an organization with a lot of people like this is a problematic organization. If you are a leader, you should take a good look at the meetings of your organization based on this view.
