It's not really going back to where it all began is tbh, the kid in the trailer even states that theres a history of it in Derry, thus it goes back further than there in 1962 so it isn' where it all began...

No doubt seeding the story for a spinoff that goes back to the Wild west in future years like all these seem to do, take the Predator franchise for instance.

So, no, i don't believe the tag line for 2 minutes.
