What will be the consequences
If i didn, t serve notice period, is company take any kind if legal actions against me. Pls replay

i have submitted my resignation with 30 days notice period but company released me after two days or my resignation and after 2days of release, company sent me a mail that company is going to deduct almost 70% of my salary.
can i do now.

ОтветитьHi, I have been put on PIP for one month and in between I have resigned. As per company policy they need to give 3 month salary as I am ready to serve notice period. But they are denying to pay 3 month salary and want me to relieve immediate. What action can I do against them?
ОтветитьIf an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k,
HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA.
And in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if i have to leave the company then i have to pay one month salary or serve one month notice period but now they are making me signing a letter in which the notice period is extended from 1 month to 3 months. Can they make such changes?
