Are these cases stackable?

very cool, I think this is more useful than the pick and pluck foam. wish you had this went I bought my last case a few months ago

greatly over priced but I love my Pelican case now. Had to order an additional 90" of extra foam for make my bag to accommodate all of my stuff. The system is good, it just doesn't come with enough padding to complete your set up. Be prepared to spend another $100+ on getting your configuration the way you love it.

The weak point is the bottom foam is junk.

Seems like the top of the foam pieces lock in place, but what's to keep the bottom from sliding around?

I bought the Air 1615 - wonderful case, however I wish they included a bit more of the dividers in the kit - wheels are also a bit noisy compared to the ThinkTank roller bag. If you need to check equipment on flights this is the no-worry case!

I hate that Pelican purchased TrekPak from the original creators, now they can’t be used in other bags. 😒

$170 for a trekpak, that so overpriced. Sorry to say so. Its perhaps 20-30 worth of components.

PS you should take better note of the lengths. The longer parts are made for the width of the case, they should be able to be devided perfectly and it will fit. Well the middle was exactly where one of the foam walls / structure panel was. So one is longer vs the other. So i can only have 2 vertical compartiments and iit wastes 2 big pieces

Just as a idea for a pin- a 3 prong/leg pin so cross + intersections dont have to be offset - i am having to use more space and 2 pins for each panels + cross intersection

so much better than the pick n pluck foam material. those foam pieces wear and tear and eventually becomes unusable and takes up a lot of space itself so you can’t store as much gear. trekpak made everything so much easier

Does it also fit the 1535 travel carry on?
