Rocky's training is so intense that even my eyes are sweating.

I went from 310 pounds that I weighed for a decade to, at my best… 169 pounds. Now 180. You have to adopt grim determination. Motivation won’t get you anywhere close. You have to want to change so badly that you will stop at nothing. I didn’t have Rocky or fancy diet pills. There is a saying… at one point in a man’s life before he dies must know what it means to be in the best shape of your life. To be the best you can be. To all those watching this and wondering how in the hell to start this path… it starts with you and it starts tomorrow morning or after work, but you must do it everyday. You have to physically climb a mountain everyday, but the battle is fought and won in your own mind. And whoever is out there embarking on this journey and you are scared…. I’m rooting for you 😎
