How to Add External Audio Language Track to a Video in VLC Player 2024

hii - I installed the current version of VLC (3.0.20) on my mac. But I don´t see the tab: media. I tried the options file (-> conver/stream) and advanced open file. But It did not function. Does anyone has any idea what to do?
