WILLOW GETTING NIGHTMARES OMG, I love how quickly her owner was lucid to comfort her. Reminds me of our diabetic kitty, sometimes she would wake up confused and meow uncertainly until we talked to her. Thought she might be getting dementia but she stopped doing it!

It’s weird how people want massive comfort and support giving to animals then it comes to humans particularly male humans and they’re like yeah whatever deal with it punk.

i've got a cat who had to have a front leg removed due to cancer, and he sometimes wakes up like willow did, as if he was having phantom limb pain. i try and soothe him when he wakes up like that, idk if it helps him.
