James is quite a nice guy 🙌
Thus was a great listen 😇
I would love to be a open-source developer but if you don't ever get support it's very exhausting, i'm just tired of creating anything even if i have skills for it. Obviously you need to have the passion but there's a limit where i also want to be financially stable someday and not burn myself out with all the work.

ОтветитьGreat interview. This really hit home for me, especially the importance of building something that interests you that could be a great connection for opportunities in the future.
ОтветитьIf you haven't done Streetfighter as an intro already, please do that one next!
ОтветитьYour continuous musical intros remind of Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau serende at MLK tribute event
Ответитьjust so negative, nothing usefull in this video but to take up your time
ОтветитьAPPRECIATE YOU JAMES!!

ОтветитьYeah, all this sounds good until you try to message someone working at that company and they ghost you too because they do not care and do not know you....
ОтветитьAlso make some Ai related videos for java springboot devlopers like how to build or integrate ai tools with springboot project
ОтветитьThis video dropped a week after I went to my first tech social event to network with other people. It went better than I expected. It was great talking to all sorts of people, and I even ran into someone working at Microsoft. I honestly had no idea I'd meet someone from there, but hey, you miss all the shots you don't take!
I'll try to go to far more events from whatever that's left of December through most of January here in NYC. I want this job badly, and I don't give an F about meeting anyone out there. I am fully committed to making something happen this upcoming year asap. my body is ready!
We want more content as this.
Ответитьsadly most people are not going to be developers for Microsoft, they will be poorly paid jobs doing boring coding tasks, maintenance, bug fixing rather than developing and your job is constantly at risk of being outsourced to India or an Indian will be brought in from India (or some other country with low pay) to replace you. And once you reach about 50 you will be the first out the door and unless you are top of the game of have niche specialism you will find it incredibly hard to get a new job in software dev. oh and Agile have sucked all the fun out of the job. You will be expected to work all hours until a bug is fixed so that above avergae pay will really be less than min wage for the hours you do.
ОтветитьThanks for this guys. :)

Hi freecodecamp. Loving all the vids. Could you make a course on building complex apps/ website using ai code editor such as bolt, cursor Ai or even windsurf?
ОтветитьBeen a developer for over 40 years. What a strange place looking for a job.
Ответитьhow many fricken times can this SJW preface his points with 'muhh privilege' !? Almost makes it unwatchable
ОтветитьSir please hindi language audio track set kar dein
ОтветитьThe economy is good. Biden policies have gotten inflation slowly under control, wages are higher than they’ve been in decades, unemployment is low low low, and the stock market has been hitting records all year.
Hiring has been ramping back up for tech jobs in recent months. More people are just more vocal about being out of work, and since so many people whine about how much they hate the interview process, fewer folks are adequately equipped to interview effectively.

ОтветитьNothing like going on a full on rant, only to find out that you were ranting about the wrong thing...lol
ОтветитьAll introverts (including me), guess have to go jump in a well. Got skills but no networking abilities.
ОтветитьWow. Just excited already. I want to become a developer too. No IT background. What pathway will you advise? I'm really serious and ready to put in the work.
