Hey flinter! If you happen to see this, which would you pick. 308 or 7mm. I’ve used the 7mm for a long time but I want to have more follow up shots. How much does the ammo cost also?

I just bought the ar dlc last night and they are such good rifles and making follow up shots is so easy now. Can make the shot and the animal gets stunned then take a second shot and it will just drop right where it stood

I hope they steadily update and get new content out for this game. I would love to see an archery update along with tree stands. I think they should also implement game trails and have the ability to lay bait or feeders to get deer coming to a specific location much like in real life. Hanging a drip bag and watching over a feeder in a tree stand with a bow is pretty realistic.

Instead of having the 308 and the 223, they should give us the Grendel with 20 rounds.

And this is why I use a .308 ar. I'm not shooting more then two deer at a time 3 at most cause that's a lot of work to dress em out and load em in the truck. Not to mention processing them at home. But the .308 drops whitetails in their footprints

I'm glad to see this video. I've been thinking about getting a hunting game on my Xbox One and was told to this game would be on Xbox One. Now I think the AR's are good one video games and people who use them for good like Hunting Boars and other animals in the wilds, and they are people out there who uses then in Uncool and Dangerous ways. ALL I saying is most people know the difference between Right and Wrong, Good and Evil. Weapons in Real life that are used in games aren't the problem. Games are a means to escape and to find comfort. There's people who never been hunting but can feel like they can go out into the wilds and do this and not feel not to get carried away. That's just my opinion I guess.

Is there AR which you can use for small animals like birds?

They're great for exploring. The .308 is a very versatile round in this game and the AR works just fine up to around 370yds. You can run around with the 22 hornet, .223 AR, .308 and you're good to shoot pretty much anything you see. If you're gonna use the AR's on a dedicated hunt, it's best for herd animals. Like Roosevelt Elk, the .308 is perfect for them. Use it with a low powered scope so you can get more rounds out with less eradic scope movement. I love using the .223 AR on Coyote and Fox because they're very quick animals. You tap them once anywhere while they're mid sprint. Then they're forced to stop for a moment and while they're recovering, you take a lung.

No shot you're blaming the gun for missing that neck shot, cmon flantro, people make mistakes, people miss shots. The gun shoots where you aim.

What would you rather have in your lineup, the 308 AR or the 7MM?

Dude gets 14 kills in mins and I haven't seen 14 animals in my 3 hours in the game.

I mainly carry all 3 AR's and the 300 mag for big game. The 22LR AR is so fun for picking off multiple rabbits or ducks.=

My .308 jumps off the screen when I shoot it, there's no 2nd shot, much less 5 or 6 like you just did.

Spencer rifle, sharps rifle, henry 44-40, etc etc etc...

ESPECIALLY sharps and rolling blocks in 38-55, 45-70,90,110,120 as well as 50-90, 110 and 140. Some absolutely absurd and cool calibers

That recoil is WAY over exaggerated. AR-15 in .223/5.56 has about a 2/3 of the recoil the .22 AR on here has. An AR-10 in .308 has about similar recoil that .22 had, and a .22 AR has about 5% of the recoil that .22 had, basically none at all.

So dumb that 308 is better than 3006

338 308 223 22lr is all I need and honestly wasn't that hard to grind I think the ar pack is only 3 bucks
