Predator Armor, Level III+ Steel, Demo!

When I first started looking at body armor I ran across the Predator brand and passed on it but it’s good to know there are inexpensive options out there for those that can’t drop $500-1k on armor. Did you mention the weight of the the plate?

Never had faith in this armor company.

Hey buffman how are you able to get the armor piercing rounds? Do you need an FFL license or something?

I wonder why that plate isn't multi curve. Every steel plate should be multi curve, in my opinion.

Surprised steel plates dont use UHMWPE to back them, would help a ton after the steel blunts faster rounds.

I still don’t understand why people buy steel when level IV from RMA is almost the same cost. Yes their 1155 isn’t very lightweight but steel weight is more or near it and the fragmentation and the pass through issues of steel should be enough to avoid any steel plates. I have predator armor, but it’s not wrapped in Kevlar. Can I wrap it in Kevlar?

Hey Buffman, it would be great if you would show what happens to the plates after 2-3 rounds, instead of waiting until you've shot the plate 15 times. Please show incremental status on the plates after every few shots
