Doesn't it make you wonder why they go around knocking things down? The only thing I can think of is they want attention from you. I don't think they can tell you why they are there. I think because you talk to them, they come and go. When you haven't setup evp sessions in awhile, they crave that attention from you because that's the closest thing they have to being alive again. I don't think stopping the interaction with them is the answer unless you get help to do so. They might get nasty and make life a living hell for you. I'm very glad to hear you won't offer yourself up to them anymore by telling Anna she can use your energy. I'm also glad to hear you giving them boundaries!!!!! I think you should start slowly and giving them more and more boundaries. They need to know your in control!

Look I have heard the fact that cats can see ghosts..When I went to my grandmom's place, I used to stay awake at night and sleep at morning. Around 2-5 am, I always hear some doors closing.. The cats meow at 4 am and thats exactly when most of the door noises come from.. Is my grandmom's house haunted?
I told this to my grandmom and she said it is early morning so there are no noises of cars and other things, So she said "You are just hearing the leaves falling".. And at 4 am the cats are in playful mood, Yes , sometimes they just want to play and sometimes not.. I try hard to make them play but they don't.. I have been spooked out ever since.. Is my granny's house haunted?

They were certainly active that night. In the kitchen, what did they open? You can hear the loud creak of a door, but I didn't see anything. It also sounded like they were banging on the faucet. Maybe they were just trying to get a drink?
