In the video the file system starts at /U3DS/Servers/server/, so that's where you wanna go if you are doing this through selfhosting or if you have access to the entire U3DS installation. Download AdvancedZones.zip and unzip to your /Rocket/Plugins folder.
After configuration (if you edit config file): Restart server, or type /rocket reload AdvancedZones
After permission configuration: /p reload or restart server

In this video I set up a plugin called AdvancedZones. AdvancedZones is a Unturned region/zone plugin. This plugin should be pretty straightforward and easy, it should work "out of the box" (right after adding it and restarting server.)
RocketMod, nowadays called Legally Distinct Missile, is a modification for Unturned servers to execute plugin files.
