ОтветитьI have a final stage interview in 4 days for a role that's pretty much my dream job. Got told in advance to brush up on React hooks as the interview would include a deep dive on stateful React. This video is of course my main source.
If I get this job, I'mma lose my mind.
Hi Ben, why "const [count, setCount] = useState(() =>
JSON.parse(localStorage.getItem("count"))
); " makes it not call the function very time the page renders?
Thanks
Time: 42: 00, I didn't get the same error under React 18. React 18 fixed it or I did something wrong?
ОтветитьThanks, great video.
ОтветитьI know this is an old video, but seriously, I learned much from your content than the current lessons I'm in for, like WTF. I wish I could have seen your video sooner!
ОтветитьI really hate hooks, not sure why people prefer them instead of the classes. For me hooks is such a horrible way to structure any project.
