A Slavic Canadian disgrace. I have seen the real Slavic Clara's dream performances (performed in various Slavic countries) where the women's colorful dresses flow and swirl, not the men's uniforms. Canada is maybe too afraid to show the men in traditional soldier's uniform I suppose. It really takes away from the men's dancing when you can't distinguish their legs (soldier's dance) from their "skirts". This is maybe Canada's problem... we spend so much effort trying to be "multi-cultural" yet uniform (sex and race) that Canada has NO cultural identity anymore. The dancers did a great job. It's a shame their outfits don't reflect the same cultural pride.
