It’s going to be so broken because riot has buffed all the champs like yasuo yone tryndamere, kayle around not having lethal tempo. Adding it bad into the game means these champs now have to be balanced around it again

Riot games balance team are a bunch of greedy grass eating animals ,they said thay this rune is removed bc of how popular it was and it overshadowed other runes ,now they are adding it back and making it even stronger than before.This is 99% a marketing decision to make champs that can abuse it popular again ,now they are gonna make new skins for them and sell like hot cakes
