There is a “T” in the word art, unless your a pretentious prique.
ОтветитьHis work was magnificent
ОтветитьThere is also Art nouveau in Algiers too.
ОтветитьBrussels is so beautiful, Love that city!❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat video, i love Horta. I visited most of the houses shown. One house i would love to visit in Brussels is the Stoclet house (not by Horta). It is decorated by Gustav Klimt and there are hardly any pictures since the owners don't want visitors. The governments wants to make them do it so maybe...
ОтветитьI realize architecture tastes come and go but I think this is absolutely beautiful and always have.
ОтветитьA very beautiful video. Thank you for putzing it on yt.
ОтветитьTo be honest, this is too much for my puny mind to comprehend. When most of what I see around me is plain and minimalist.
ОтветитьI hope once capitalism falls, we can focus on making buildings beautiful again.
ОтветитьDiscusting to compare true art with dystopian modernism. Art deco is much more like dystopian modernism than Art nouveau.
ОтветитьI don't get the constant attempt to tie this to modernism, a philosophy which flushed all the aesthetic findings and shape language of Art Nuveau out with the bath water together with all other harmonic or ornamental values.
ОтветитьTo me it looks like a fusion between Gaudi and industrialisation
ОтветитьAbsolutely brilliant. I love art nouveau and art deco. Greetings from Canada.
ОтветитьAbsolutely astounding and beautiful 😍
Ответить🎨 Deco 👍 🎭 Nuevo 🤮
ОтветитьTOO Foo Phoo!
ОтветитьJe vous recommande de faire les biennale de l art nouveau et visitez les maisons privées comme cochie solvait van helvelt .....des bijoux qui on failli disparaître par les promoteur immobiliers
ОтветитьI've been to this house, it's astonishing and quite large.
ОтветитьI can not help but see these buildings and see what we build today and wonder when we lost our soul
ОтветитьIt is wonderfully ! ...all this time of Art Nouveau style in the world of Europe! I am very impressed about,...Thanks ❤ 👍 🙏 for your beautiful messages in arts , ..with this Creator and Architect Victor HORTA...
ОтветитьBeautiful film. Interesting interview style - no questions. Rather, statements aimed at creating conversation. More refined than an interrogation, frankly, which interviews can't seem to escape.
ОтветитьПотрясающе. Наконец-то предельно внятное и показанное соответствие и переход между модерном и модернизмом. Огромное спасибо.
ОтветитьMagnificent. My favorite of all time.
ОтветитьCELT INSPIRATION
ОтветитьToday millionaires and billionaires build homes that look like generic hotels.
ОтветитьArt nouveau seems to have created a wonderful balance among many conflicting and opposing views and styles.
ОтветитьAmazing!❤️❤️❤️
The reaction I have to these spaces is as if I have found the world where I truly belong. It’s my personal Narnia!
Plato the republic pages 177-178 on women Education!
Ответитьاگر هدف فرزندآوری ست فرقی نیست بین دو جنس و آموزش هایی که باید ببینند هر دو زیاد است مقدار knowledge ،،، for the BEST
ОтветитьGorgeous. These buildings truly fuse form and function, creating a beautiful harmony of decoration and structure.
ОтветитьNow people pay millions for a white square apartment. Idiots.
ОтветитьVERY INTERESTING...
ОтветитьWonderful video. Thank you. Special compliments on the camera work.
ОтветитьI hate this museum. Taking photos is not allowed. They even explain it on their website and it's so ridiculous. How can they know what is the best way for ME to appreciate the art?
ОтветитьArt Nouveau was sublime in its respect for the harmony of our biological nature, emphasizing symmetry and soft, flowing forms. I'm pretty sure that the introduction of AI in architecture will spark a new organic design revolution—something mankind has never seen before.
ОтветитьOne mistake: at the end of the film, it is incorrect to write Romania in the list of countries, because Romania was only established in 1920. That building, the Black Eagle Hotel, was designed by 2 Hungarian architects (Marcell Komor and Dezso Jakab) in 1907 for a Hungarian client, lawyer Emil Adorján. This city was annexed to the newly created Romania after World War I. If we do not consider e.g. the pyramids as monuments of Arab architecture, then this cannot be a monument of Romanian architecture either ;)
ОтветитьYou’ve brought my teenage art books to life. Sublime. Thank you x
ОтветитьRemarkable -thank you
ОтветитьWrong. It was not the beginning of modern art, it was the end of art before the socialist decided no more decorations, only boxes for living spaces.
ОтветитьWhat an intense experience of beauty!
ОтветитьI saw a bldg in the color musical movie gi gi that I thought looked like that art nouvou style inside and outside that outside part looked like outside around the bldg entry lobby door all in this color musical movie gi gi
ОтветитьYou haven't included the evidence that Antonio Gaudi was doing the same thing 10-15 years earlier.
Ответить💖👏
ОтветитьI didn't know what this style was called but as a child, I LOVED art that had this style. I used to collect stationary that had prints similar to these designs.
ОтветитьA lot of people don't know this and I don't know why? but, the architect named Victor in this story actually designed the Great pyramid of Giza! This is a proven fact!. Isn't that crazy, but I bet now everything probably makes sense. Right?.
ОтветитьEasily watchable on 1.5x speed.
ОтветитьLovelove love🦋🦋
ОтветитьThank you very much for this video!
ОтветитьI'm unable to see any difference between art nouveau and art déco. A clear, pleasant and instructive presentation.
