New to your channel and have never tried recipes for my XT-1. Quick question though, when you say for example on recipe #1 that it's based on Provia, are you adjusting the existing Provia Film simulation built in the camera or just building a new Provia like profile from scratch? Thanks and really love your work!!

Man. Thanks and congratulations. I've been roaming on the internet for a while and this is easily my favourite collection of recipes. Much more compelling than most others. The fact that the photos are pretty good also helps project ourselves in a real use context!

If I use your shadows settings, all the shadows turn to black on a sunny scene. Have to set it at least -1 to see something. Is this normal?

hi, 9 months later, crisp chrome is my daily driver. everytime i try to go for raw, i just scrap it and just use this film sim. thanks man

Your recipes are enticing, especially, with the related commentary. I noticed that you did not include any typical push-pull numbers for the exposure compensation. Any recommendations?

I watched your video with interest and added
your recipes on my new X100V.
To tell you the truth, I have been looking for a setup to reproduce exactly the images on photos of natural environments, as I see them, for many years. I have tried a lot of setups on my old Nikon D750 and on the newer Fujifilm X100V and now on the brand new X100VI.
Since I live in the middle of nature I can control exactly what comes out of the photos every day.
Well, I was really amazed by how well your Nurture Nature recipe works!

Was the video shot towards the beginning (around the 1 minutes mark) done with the xt-4?

I loaded all of these into my X100V and really loved the Provia Sim Nurture Nature the best. It's crazy how just with a few WB tweaks how much Provia can change and look film-like I also loaded it into my X-T3. Looks a little different with the different sensor, but still fantastic. I've been looking for something that doesn't look like it's trying to hard to be edgy or artsy, but still has a "look" to it and this simulation is just perfect.

I'll try your Nuture/Nature as my default XT-5 sim for a bit.

This was a great video and set of images, looked like a lovely holiday! Some awesome recipes though, and always appreciate getting so many back to back... I think I'll have to give XP2 a go
