Very Thanks For Solution it's work but i have problem whit old games and i have Card Graphic Radeon R9 200 series 8gb memory and procsesor AMD FX 8320 Eight Core i hear i should instal older drives but how i can do that thanks for any help :)

DirectX12 ONLY works for Windows 10. If you have windows 8 or 8.1 you can only get DirectX11
