Some of it doesn't even add up. Like you said during order 66 Maul and Ani would attack the Jedi Academy together leaving no survivors. But Palps would frame Maul as the Master Sith so the council would target Maul and kill him?

Plus I highly doubt Ani would care if Maul got killed. He would probably consider it one less obstacle in his way to ruling the galaxy

Maul by this point would be incredibly powerful. I think sidious had a thought that had maul not lost his legs then he couldve become as powerful as he. Maul would be as strong as a young prime sidious. The clone wars would end around the same time so maul would have more time to train under sidious. (Note that maul after killing the two would proclaim to sidious that he killed qui gon and obi wan and sidious would ask maul to take anakin. Thats how maul would take anakin)

Hold on, hold on if maul killed the jedi how would he get off Naboo? While the duel finishes, Anakin has already destroyed the Trade Fed flagship. So wouldn't Maul be having to do the back door boogie pretty quickly before he was arrested by the Theed security and army? Would he hang around to kidnap Anakin upon his return and risk being detected by the whole security force in the palace? I'm sure he could fight quite a few of them off. But all of them. I'm not so sure. This idea suggests there would be little/no fallout for killing two jedi. I'm sure the jedi council would act quickly if a sith lord had killed two jedi and was still at large on Naboo.

That wouldn’t had happened because Maul was only allowed to be palpatine’s assassin due to Plaguies making it specific to be a assassin but obviously Palpatine trained maul to be his appearance before he killed Plaguies in his sleep, if Maul had killed Qui Gon and Obi Wan then Maul takes Anakin to Palpatine I doubt Palpatine will teach both because he is focused on that rule of two and won’t be betrayed in the future when Anakin would be stronger in the force especially if Anakin had a strong connection to Maul/master at this point, the way of the Sith is to gain power and betray each other but it’s one of them theories that’s very complicated
