Vegan in Seoul // Vegetus Vlog (베제투스 블로그)

Helloooo everybody!!! Long time no see! I am back with another vegan vlog at Haebongchan (commonly known as HBC within the foreigner community). HBC is adjacent to Itaewon, so there are a lot of foreigners there as well. HBC was very cute and beautiful, especially with all the lights at night. I went to Vegetus and it was very delicious. So here are my honest thoughts on the food:
Caprese sandwich - Sooooo delicious yes recommend 1000%
Mushroom burger - Very delicious as well but the bun was too soft for me
Lasagna - I sadly was not a fan :( I think it was because the lasagna sheets were gluten-free which gives it a rubbery texture (both of my friends like it so maybe it is just me)
Bolognese - Very delicious as well. If you want pasta, I'd recommend this over the lasagna
Carrot cake - If you like subtly sweets, then you will love this
Mango smoothie - like a pina colada minus the pineapple. Very yummy and refreshing :)
