This woman, from Germany, the so-called leader of the EU, has no idea about recent history and significant historical events that shaped the continent of Europe historically. She has no idea, who was responsible for the division of Europe in 1945, under the YALTA AGREEMENT, into two spheres of influence. This division of Europe 10 years later caused the Hungarian Revolt of 1956. The division on one side was the US in the West, and the other in the East, the Soviet Union. This agreement of the US and Soviet parties, allowed the Soviet/Russian armies to invade Budapest for the second time in 1956 to repress the peoples revolt of Hungary against Soviet repression and dictatorial rule. I ask you, how could such leader of the EU ask such a question, when historical events prove her to be wrong in every way.
