Apparently it doesnt work if you only have a military ID

i enabled voice chat but i cant talk in any game that supports voicechat and i cant select input or output device its just doesnt work and yes its a 100% enabled i swear

I can use vc on my phone only, I enable it on my pc but when I go in a games it doesn't even pop up

This ID thing is bs, I got vc on my main account and now that i want it on my alt, i have to jump through more hoops
