Mega City 2 LAND Sale - The Sandbox

Awesome, i love what you guys are building here!! i can't wait to get a land and start creating! But i have a small question,
i see a 12x12 estate being sold in the mega city 2, is the price shown on opensea per land or for the whole estate?

All the normal LAND was bought by bots in an instance. No one had a chance to even buy any LAND. THIS SUCKS
