I know this show had a lot of controversy but look how happy she is!!! This was incredibly life changing for her and something she’d probably not have been able to have afforded herself but always dreamed of ! Sometimes surgery really is the best option especially when it’s corrective.

The unsolicited handholding and making the women suddenly seem touchable after meeting conventional standards tho

I loved this show besides the pageant aspect, which I felt they were pushing too much for perfection to be crowned. These women were beautiful before just needed a little help. They took a chance and if they get better about themselves in the long run, good for them.

I have noticed that the show had the women pull their hair back with no makeup looking as ugly as possible before their transformation! So naturally, they looked like totally different women after their surgeries and workouts! I thought Jennifer was the most transformed mainly because they got rid of her burn scars. Or the ones on her neck. Rachel and Jennifer both looked amazing and better than the other women. The nose jobs and the work on the women's teeth is the main thing that made them look so different. Jennifer did have a pretty pronounced nose that bent down quite a bit. The surgery made her nose really pretty. And makeup makes a huge difference in how a woman looks. If you were to see Sophia Vergara without makeup you wouldn't recognize her!

She already had a nice body and decent looking face just needed new clothes and a little makeup and hairstyle. She didn’t need surgery

They make them all look the same. They take everything that makes a woman look different and individual and instead of altering some of that in a way that it just makes a more beautiful them, they effing put out the same package everytime.

You can get imposter syndrome (I think that’s what it is?) from changing your looks so much so fast so dramatically that you will start to feel like your body is not even your own. I am just very skeptical about the mental health problems they could receive from stuff like this.. plus the risk of dangerous procedures being done in a timeframe so close together … this show doesn’t sit well with me at all

She was already beautiful before, but knowing that this transformation gave her the confidence she so desperately yearned for, and the ability to finally love the way she looks is, is EVERYTHING. She looks fcking phenomenal, I am blown away (with tears in my eyes). I am so incredibly happy for her. 😭💗 I hope she is living her best life, and truly loving herself now.
